Classification of Malaria Complication Using CART (Classification and Regression Tree) and Naïve Bayes

Malaria is a disease caused by the Plasmodium parasite that transmitted female Anopheles mosquitoes. can become dangerous if late have medical treatment. The treatment happened because of misdiagnosis and lack staff, especially in countryside. This problem cause severe malaria has complications. study creates system prediction to classify using Classification Regression Tree (CART) method probability complication Naïve Bayes method. first step this classifying patients symptom are infected or not based on model been built. next step, patient classified then data predicted there any malaria. There 8 possibilities which convulsion, hypoglycemia, hyperpyrexia, combinations these four. will evaluate F-score, precision recall while second accuracy. highest result 0.551, 0.471 0.717. accuracy 81.2% Hypoglycemia.
